Policy

Client Consultation and Service Policy

1. Introduction

Adelaide Clarke Legal Consultancy Services provides professional legal consultancy and advisory services to individuals and businesses. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing consultations, service delivery, cancellations, and client responsibilities.

By booking a consultation or requesting any service, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Booking and Payment

All consultations and services must be booked in advance. Full payment is required prior to the scheduled consultation or before any requested service begins.

Bookings will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Adelaide Clarke Legal Consultancy Services are strictly non-refundable.

Once a consultation has taken place or a requested service has been completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Clients are encouraged to ensure they are fully prepared and committed before confirming any booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

If a client wishes to cancel a scheduled consultation or service appointment, they must notify Adelaide Clarke Legal Consultancy Services as soon as possible.

A cancellation fee of £50 will apply to any cancelled appointment. This fee reflects the disruption caused to other professional engagements and the time reserved for the client.

Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without notice may result in the consultation being forfeited without refund.

5. Consultation Scope

Consultations are limited to the time allocated at the time of booking and will address the specific legal matter presented during the session.

Clients are advised to prepare their questions and provide relevant information prior to the consultation to ensure the time is used efficiently.

6. Follow-Up Consultations

If a client wishes to ask additional questions after a consultation has concluded, a new consultation must be booked.

This applies even if the additional questions relate to the same matter previously discussed. Follow-up advice or additional guidance will not be provided outside of a booked consultation session.

7. Contract Review Services

If a consultation or service involves the review or assessment of a contract, the client must submit the contract in advance of the consultation.

This allows adequate time for review and ensures that the consultation can be used effectively to provide meaningful advice and feedback.

If a client wishes to have a contract reviewed or addressed on the same day as the consultation, they must understand that an additional fee may apply due to the urgent nature of the request and the need to prioritise the matter.

8. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information during consultations.
  • Submitting any relevant documents in advance when required.
  • Attending consultations at the scheduled time.

Late arrivals may result in reduced consultation time without adjustment to the consultation fee.

9. Policy Updates

Adelaide Clarke Legal Consultancy Services reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time. The most current version will apply to all bookings and services.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a consultation or requesting services from Adelaide Clarke Legal Consultancy Services, clients confirm that they agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
